On Sunday, Golden State Warriors forward Kevin Durant made his eighth NBA All-Star appearance, and became only the fourth player ever to record a triple double in the game (Michael Jordan, Lebron James and Dwyane Wade are the others). I can remember watching All-Star games played by Mike, A.I., Kobe — in his first one I think he was he was 18 … Lebron’s first, Melo’s first, it felt like I was a part of their journeys too. So to be in my eighth All-Star Game, to play and be a starter for the sixth time … it’s still surreal. It’s an amazing feeling
