Content Design Director

Location: New York, NY

TPT is looking for a talented, creative senior designer with at least 3-5 years of experience to oversee the Art Department in a managerial role with a heavy design workload.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee and give clear direction to junior design staff.
• Candidate will establish and communication cohesive vision for multiple projects across TPT platforms.
• Develop creative concepts for brand activations and events.
• Maintain look and feel of TPT assets.
• Manage style guides for external and internal teams.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Candidate should have excellent communication skills to collaborate with executive levels, department heads, external partners.
• Proficient in PhotoShop, Adobe Creative Suite. Video editing skills and motion graphics a plus.
• Ability to wear many hats, multi-task in a small start-up environment.
• Knowledge and passion for sports a plus.
