Round One

No more games. It’s playoff time. After losing a double-overtime heartbreaker in Game 1 of the their first-round series against the Mystics, the Liberty bounced back to win Game 2 big on the road before returning to MSG for a winner-take-all Game 3. Clutch performances from Sugar Rodgers, Candice Wiggins and Epiphanny Prince — capped off by a block in the final seconds by Kiah Stokes — sealed the Game 3 win as the Liberty advanced to the Eastern Conference Finals, where they face the Indiana Fever. The Players’ Tribune was there to document every moment. This is playoff basketball.
