Up Close at the Special Olympics

Last week, over 6,500 athletes representing 165 countries gathered in Los Angeles for the Special Olympics World Games. Featuring 25 Olympic-style sports in venues throughout the region, it was the single biggest event in Los Angeles since the 1984 Olympic Games.
