It’s been almost 20 months since UFC heavyweight champion Cain Velasquez stepped into the Octagon — so long that it allowed for an interim heavyweight champion to emerge in Fabricio Werdum. Saturday, these two fighters will enter the Octagon at UFC 188, and only one will come out as the true heavyweight champion.
