In their inaugural campaign, the Vegas Golden Knights have defied all expectations for an NHL expansion team. Vegas won 51 games in the regular season, best in the Pacific Division. And in the postseason, the Knights have breezed through the first two rounds of the Stanley Cup playoffs — sweeping the Kings in four games and then whipping the Sharks in six. Now, Las Vegas will face the mighty Jets in the Western Conference finals. Jeff Bottari, the Knights’ team photographer, has been behind the scenes with Vegas for its high-rolling run through the postseason, and has been on hand to capture all the action both on and off the ice. Whatever’s happening in Vegas this spring is certainly not staying in Vegas. Not as long as the Knights stay golden.
