Getting a trim isn’t as easy as it used to be. Unfortunately, Tammy Abraham couldn’t make it to the barber—but fear not, Three brought the barber to him. And not just any barber. Sheldon Edwards, better known as HD Cutz, is football’s unofficial haircutter, giving fresh cuts to the likes of Raheem Sterling, Paul Pogba, and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. If you’ve ever noticed a player’s clean fade or waves during a match, chances are HD Cutz was behind it.
Tammy and HD aren’t just connecting for an ordinary trim, though. The London-based barber is giving Chelsea’s No. 9 a lesson in hairdressing by recreating the trims of Tammy and a teammate renowned for his sharp style—Olivier Giroud. As they go through the barbershop basics, Tammy tells HD who he thinks has the best hair in the Chelsea squad (spoiler: it’s himself), and the effect that playing with a fresh trim can have on his performance. Things get weird when Tammy tries to recreate Giroud’s hairstyle, beard and all, with some unorthodox trimming techniques. Let’s just say Tammy should stick to football. #ConnectWith
