The Chirp: Muhammad Ali (1942-2016)
On June 3, former heavyweight boxer Muhammad Ali died at the age of 74 after he had been admitted to a hospital for respiratory complications. The legendary boxer had also been battling Parkinson’s disease for three decades.
Across the sports world, from Ali’s former opponents to others he inspired, athletes shared their condolences of the three-time heavyweight champion, the Civil Rights activist and the man known as “The Greatest of All Time.”
