To stay on top in my sport takes a lot of hard work and practice. I spend around three hours on the track and two hours in the weight room, six days a week. Right now I’m getting ready for the World Championships coming up in August in Beijing, so I’ve been going extra hard. When I run, I clear my mind and block out all distractions. I’m focused.
